Our School

Our school is a collaborative learning community where staff and parents work together to provide our students with a world-class education. By working collaboratively with all stakeholders, we ensure that every Berkshire student has the opportunity to reach their greatest potential. At Berkshire Middle School, we believe in the power of community. We want every student, staff member and parent who walks through our doors to know that he or she is important. Our goal is a common one, to provide what is best for our students.

Berkshire is known for their vibrant and rich multicultural learning community and rigorous curriculum. 

• High achievement on state and national standardized achievement assessments.
• Engineering Technology courses, ENGAGE class, Robotics Team, and STEM
  technology center in media center provides unique opportunities for growth in
  Science, Technology, Engineering and Math.
• World language program – Chinese, French & Spanish.
• 30+ student-centered club offerings including BSU, PRIDE, Critical Thinkers,
  Robotics, STEAM, Yearbook, and Broadcast clubs.

Community Service is ongoing at Berkshire. Student led activities and projects keep the Berkshire community busy by helping others throughout the year. Plus, Berkshire has a community garden, and all produce is donated to local soup kitchens and food banks.
