Yearbook Distribution
The Berkshire 2024 yearbook is almost sold out online. Go to to purchase a book now for $45. Online sales will close on SUNDAY.Next week there will be a few extra copies to sell for $50, but we cannot guarantee that all students who still want a book will get one. The process for yearbook distribution is below.

  • 8th Grade Yearbooks: 8th grade yearbooks will be handed out on Tuesday, June 4th during third hour. Any students who are absent on distribution day should plan to pick up their yearbooks from the main office by the end of the week (yearbooks should be picked up by 10am on Thursday, June 6th). If an 8th grade student has a planned absence for June 4th, they should see Mrs. Gacki on Monday, June 3rd to get their book.
  • 6th & 7th Grade Yearbooks: 6th and 7th grade yearbooks will be handed out on the last day of school, June 6th. Any students who plan to be absent for the final day of school should see Mrs. Gacki on June 5th to get their book early. If a student is unexpectedly absent for the final school day, their book will be in the main office for pickup. Any books that aren’t picked up will be safely stored over the summer, and can be collected in the fall upon our return to school.
  • If you did not pre-order online: I have a small amount of books that will be sold at school during the final week of school. They will be sold on a first come, first serve basis. If your child would like a book but didn’t pre-order one, please send them to school with a check made out to Berkshire Middle School for $50, or $50 in cash. There will be an announcement made during distribution days for students who wish to purchase a book to see Mrs. Gacki.
  • Virtual Students: Your yearbooks will be placed in the main office on Friday, May 31st, with your name on them, and can be collected through the end of the year.

All questions about yearbooks or distribution should be sent to the yearbook adviser, Chelsea Gacki at
